Welcome your inquiry about multi-language WL100 thermal inkjet printer.This machine is using HP TIJ2.5 inkjet technology and specially designed for packaging and printing.
WL100 can print text,numbers,serial number,dates,pictures,variable data QR code and bar code,in is easy to carton,plastic products(PP,PET,HDPE),
pipe,cable,metal and so on.
WL100 can recognize water based and solvent ink automatically to match different ink parameters to ensure perfect printing effect.

Q: How to operate the machine? is training necessary?
A: The machine is mainly controlled by software. It's very easy, not complicated. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide user manual of software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser printing machine before can still operate it very well.
Q: In case machine exists problem, What shall we do about after sales service?
A: We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case of machine exists the problem, we will provide parts required with free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall on our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.
Q: What's package for our handheld printer?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt Wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by the waterproof plastic bag.
Q: What's delivery time for sample order?
A: Generally speaking, lead time is 7 work days after receiving the payment.
Q:What's the Payment terms?
A:We accept T/T and L/C as our usual payment terms.
Q:What's the delivery terms for regular order?
A:We usually make delivery by air for sample order based on customers' requests, and we mostly make delivery by sea for formal order.
