This machine is suitable for quantitative filling of water, emulsion and low viscosity chemical materials. The weighing method is adopted, which the metering is accurate, the production capacity is high, and the use and maintenance are convenient and quick. This machine adopts the chain blocker plate, intermittently enters the barrel, lacates, fills the metering and discharges the barrel, the filling valve of the machine adopts the double-speed filling method, firstly the fast filling, when the does reaches the predetermined capacity, the quick conversion slow filling, the filling valve is fully closed when the does reaches the required does. This machine can be combined with a single-head capping machine or a screwing cap machine into the production line.
