1. This automatic tube filler is especially designed for efffervescent tablet count filling & tube capping labeling, widely used for food, pharmaceutical tablet tube filling capping labeling production.
2. Integrated with mechanical, electrical& pneumatic system, with PLC & touch screen to control, this monoblock can auto finish effervescent tablet sifting& counting, auto tube unscrambling, tablet filling, auto cap unscrambling pressing & online labeling etc. The whole process is controlled via PLC system, & does auto production cycles.
1. By labor only pouring tubes, tables & caps into the relative cabinets, the system can auto finish tube unscrambling feeding, tablets feeding counting quantative filling and cap feeding pressing and finished tubes manipulator exit, with highly automation & great production efficiency.
2. With PLC & touch screen to control & operate, auto counting; no tube, no filling; no tablets, no capping; auto fault alarm, with high automation.
3. With humanized design, easy to adjust filling quantity & make it for different sizes of tube. It has filling & capping detection system, fully assuring products quality.
4. Wainly made of top quality SUS304 and aluminium, delicate & durable, totally meeting GMP & pharmaceutical standards.
