It's newest technology packaging machine with max. 50bags/min, suits for packing liquid (milk, water, honey, ketchup, Tomato Paste, detergent, yellow wine, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, peanut thick liquid, jam, hot pepper sauce, thick bean sauce )etc. 
Kinds of Premade Pouches
Stand up pouches, doypack with zipper, 3 side seal bags, 4 side seal bags, flat bags, pouch with hole, spout pouch etc
Main Features
1. It uses stainless steel 304 shell for food grade required.
2. Automatic detection. No pouch or pouch is not opened completely, no filling, no sealing.
3. Horizontal Infeed conveyor or Magazine cabinet suits for bags with zipper, max. put 300pcs each time.
4. Zipper Openner System: Servo motor (Panasonic / Japan) controlled.
5. Independent temperature control system (Omron/Japan).
6. PLC adjust bag width clamping: Only needs 2mins by auto PLC for adjust different bag width sizes.
7. It includes ribbon type date code: 3 lines * 17 characters.
8. Guarding: Glass Door Alarm (option) / Air Pressure Abnormal
9. Internal grooved cam design: The technology with high precision, suits for max. packing speed: 50 cycles/min with stable running.
10. Use free oil vacuum pump, avoid polluting the environment in the production.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
It's flexible, we prefer 100% in advance as each payment will cost about USD35 bank charge, also we accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment if cutomer need.
