Equipment features:
1. Adopt high-precision peristaltic pump for filling, with high precision and no cross contamination of materials; The structure of the pump adopts quick-connection disassembly mechanism, which is easy to clean and disinfect.
2. Mitsubishi PLC control system, color touch screen display
3. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti-dripping device.
4. The machine has the function of no bottle no filling and automatic counting.
5. When filling, the filling nozzle dives into the bottom of the bottle and rises slowly which can effectively prevent bubbles.
6. Adopt magnetic torque capping head, capping moment is stepless and adjustable, with constant torque capping function, correct inclined cap, do not damage the cap, sealing is tight and reliable;
7. The material contact part is made of SUS316L stainless steel, the appearance of the machine is SUS304 stainless steel, fully in line with GMP requirements.
8. The machine can be equipped with dust cover and laminar flow cover (FFU structure, can achieve local 100 level environment to complete filling and capping.
